The story “When Wingy Pigs Flew” is an upbeat fantasy romance novel that shapes the story and it’s characters through their experiences that is anything but uneventful, and despite the main focus is findings love and ends with the typical happily- ever after like most fantasy romance stories it still leaves room to some excitement and fun. Especially between the interactions of Trenton and Vana, though their relationship seems more complex yet realistic, with a more depth to how the characters interact with each other. We see their struggles as they make sense of their turmoil of emotions and the challenges they face with the issues they have from misunderstandings leading to break-ups but then once coming to terms with their problems come to patch things up and make things right. This story is a roller coaster of sorts for the people who have to work on their own problems and to find solutions to them through their struggles and difficulties in the process of their lives.
This story was written in a way that was so much more interesting than the other stories we have heard about, in this case the story itself was a bit different from what you might expect from a romance novel that was a lot more compelling in a real world setting, despite it being written in rhythmic style of writing, it was easy to follow and the plot was incredibly well executed in bringing together a whole new set up of what we’re used to seeing in a romantic fantasy setting.
The chapters are in “Cantos” with the structure being in fourteen lines each, combining that with a color coding system that allows you to see the rhyme patterns in the story to create a novel is a feat in itself.
Overall, this story was a splendid read and the author was able to write a compelling narrative that was unique to the genre itself that was well written in its own right. I don’t think I would be able to make a point of this without giving some of my own thoughts about the whole process this remarkable tale brought about so much enjoyment it’s journey and would recommend it for anyone looking for a new viewpoint of the world of romance and fantasy fictions with the adventures that “When Wingy Pigs Flew” will take you!
