Pigs, pigs, and more pigs! They’re in the air and in the books pages. A showcase of magic, love and folly, ๐๐ชฝWhen Wingy Pigs Fly,๐ชฝ has much magic and imagination stuffed inside worth a mention โ all pigs aside. This is a stellar romantasy revolving around the follies of Vana and Trenton when the Emerald Circus stops by in Aireville, well-stocked for amusement. Written in a highly stylized rhyming verse, the novel blends romance, fantasy, rivalry, and fairy-tale imagery into a story about desire, self-worth, and the risks of chasing the impossible.
Originally this tale was written in rhyme, my first in sonnets, first in ๐ก๐ฑ๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐ต๐ช๐ท๐ญ ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ต๐ช๐ผ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ท๐ฐ, and it’s now adapted to prose just for ๐น๐ผ๐๐๐ธ โ๐ธโ๐๐โ๐ธ’s causerie circle โ for a limited time. The fixture is called FEATURED NOVELS, and it’s the first installment of many more to come as adapted from the narrative poems. Both versions are offered on site and the originals at outside retail.
Pigs fly! Or do they? Trenton knows he can send them skyward, a wish-granting emerald inherited and his for the using. But he comes to think that the flirtatious Vana might not be worth using his wish on. After all, she just wants to stay friends and not ever anything more. Sheโs sure he canโt make even his own dreams come true.
So now that you’ve read some pages, let’s talk a little more on those.
This is what happened: You were met with Vana on the merry-go-round, surrounded by circus whimsy, being approached by Trenton who intends to compliments her. He calls her a beauty and holds up the entry ticket she lost on the way, showing how well-meant he was to find her that morning.

We find out he just returned to Airville after a failed move to get a new career, and he tries to reconnect with her; only she rebuffs because he is stuck in the past and not ambitious enough for her. Meanwhile, a cotton candy vendor observes Trenton’s obvious crush, and eventually, Vana leaves the carousel to flirt with the vendor.
Talk about building up expectations. Character dynamics, stellar setting, and foretelling are set if you know what you’re looking for. Even him finding her lost ticket holds meaning. The full novel unlocks all the potential of flying pigs and a fullest imagination.

Trenton is left heartbroken and embarrassed. He retreats to his home, where he’s confronted by his mother and sister, who disapprove of his despondency over Vana and urge him to move on, find a new woman, and strive for a more successful life.
Unbeknownst to Trenton, Vana has already moved on, captivated by a charismatic circus man named Revv, who promises her an exciting future with the Emerent Dream Circus.
The chapter ends with Trenton resolving to redefine his own path and find his version of happiness, independent of Vana, even as he struggles with his lingering feelings.
